IRVING, Texas – By some measures, it’s been a successful season for Keegan Bradley so far. He owns 11 made cuts in 14 starts, with eight top-25 finishes and three in the top 10, including a solo second at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.

By another measure, it’s been a bit annoying. He hasn’t won.

“It’s a little frustrating, but I keep telling myself if I put myself in position, I’m going to win soon,” he said Wednesday in advance of the Byron Nelson Championship. “My rookie year I won and I won kind of – not easily, but I didn’t go through any heartbreaks and I feel like I’m going through that rookie period now where maybe you don’t close ‘em out.

“I’m learning and I feel like a week is going to come where I’m going to go out and it’s going to be one of those weeks, because it’s been close a couple of times.”

Bradley feels ultra-confident here at TPC Four Seasons, where he won in 2011 and finished runner-up last year after an opening-round 60.

“It’s not something that I can exactly put my finger on, but it’s good vibes around this course and I feel as though every time I come here I should contend.”
