Justin Rose has joined Henrik Stenson and Sergio Garcia in committing early to the European Tour’s Qatar Masters, scheduled for Jan. 21-24.
Rose is making his sixth career appearance in Doha, and second in the past three years. He missed the 2014 event because of a shoulder injury, but two years ago he tied for 16th.
Commitments from three of the top 5 players in the world makes the Qatar Masters one of the best early-season events of the season. The tournament runs opposite the Humana Challenge, the first domestic event on the 2015 PGA Tour schedule.
Garcia is the defending champion.
