Watch: Kaymer holes out for eagle at par-5 second

Two-time major champion Martin Kaymer bounced back from an opening bogey in a big way Thursday at the Masters.

The former PGA and U.S. Open champion laid up right of the green at the par-5 second to give himself the best look at the far-left pin position. Here’s how that strategy worked out:

Kaymer in his career has made only four of 10 Masters cuts with a best finish of T-31 in 2014.
