NO TIME FOR GOLF
Jan. 8, 2008: Roger Clemens is out of the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, at least for now. On the same day Clemens held a press conference as part of continuing efforts to clear his name from steroid accusations, the seven-time Cy Young Award winning pitcher also withdrew from his appearance in next week’s Hope pro-am.
