Jan. 2, 2008: Members at Winged Foot Golf Club decided overwhelmingly in a vote before Christmas that the U.S. Open won’t be returning to their New York club anytime soon. Winged Foot had been considered among the favorites to host the 2015 Open.

Tiger Woods: I resolve to not seize the Grand Slam at Denny’s, that is.
John Daly: Did someone mention Denny’s? Just kidding. I resolve to lose weight and win tournaments. Hey, can I turn that into a song?
