The field also features nine of the top-10 Champions Tour money leaders, including overall leader Hale Irwin and top-five leaders Des Smyth, Wayne Levi, Dana Quigley and Mark McNulty.

Also in the field is defending champion Bruce Fleisher who opened last years tournament with a 64 and it was all but over from that point on. Fleisher posted rounds of 68-68 on the weekend to win by seven strokes over Bruce Lietzke and D.A. Weibring. Fleisher won for the 18th time since joining the senior circuit and his seven-shot margin of victory was the largest of his Champions Tour career.

One of the most popular tournaments on the Champions Tour schedule, the Brunos Memorial Classic will feature guest appearances from local Alabama personalities, including former University of Alabama quarterback and NFL Hall-of-Famer Joe Namath, former Auburn University and NBA star Charles Barkley, and rival Alabama college football coaches Mike Shula (University of Alabama) and Tommy Tuberville (Auburn University).

The Golf Channel this year has added several new production elements to its Champions Tour coverage, including the Impact Cam, split-screen technology and increased player audio, offering viewers a more comprehensive, inside the ropes view of the action.
