Tip of the Week: Learn to lower your ball flight

Thumbnail

The wind was down Thursday in the opening round of the 2014 British Open at Royal Liverpool, but that’s not expected to be the case all week.

Windy conditions can derail a round quickly for average players, especially if they don’t understand how to flight the ball lower when necessary.

In this video segment, Michael Breed, host of The Golf Fix, is going to walk you through the steps you need to take to keep the ball under the wind when it gets whipping at your home course.

If you’ll take Breed’s advice and adjust your setup and finish, you’ll control the ball better and avoid big numbers on a windy day.
