OAKMONT, Pa. – The third round of the U.S. Women’s Open was all about dizzying swings.
Paula Creamer just hit Cristie Kerr with a second three-shot swing in this round.
Creamer rolled in a long putt from off the 10th green for birdie. Kerr took two shots to get out of a deep fairway bunker at the 10th and made her third double bogey of the round. After fighting from six back on the front nine, Kerr was knocked six back again.
Creamer hit Kerr with a similar three-shot swing at the fourth hole.
