Excel Sports Management announced the signing of Gary Woodland on Tuesday. The long-hitting 27-year-old captured his first PGA Tour victory last March at the Transitions Championship and finished 17th on the money list. He had been with Hambric Sports Management.
The Kansas native joins Excel golf clients Tiger Woods, Matt Kuchar and two-time U.S. Women’s Amateur champion Danielle Kang. Woods’ longtime agent, Mark Steinberg, joined the agency last July.
