ST. ANDREWS, Scotland -- Tiger Woods is no longer stuck on the first hole and he’s no longer 5 under for the tournament.
Woods and playing partners Camilo Villegas were all on the first green when play was suspended because of windy, unplayable conditions. A little over an hour later, the horn blew, and minutes later all three men walked off the green having made bogey on the hole.
