I love giving back. Last week I provided first eee stretches at a charity golf event on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia. We raised a significant amount of funding for a shelter and transition house for abused women and children.
Before each event as I mingle with the golfers I ask them about their game, their body and what information can I provide to be of maximum service to them.
Typically they want to know the best and most efficient way to warm-up (chapter five in my new book Swing Flaws and Fitness Fixes) and they want a quick stretch to do out on the golf course when they begin to feel discomfort or fatigue in their back and hips.
Here you go! This is my favorite stretch for the low back and hips for on the course.
