Flex-Fit for Golf Proper weight transfer


This week we focus on proper weight transfer and specifically finishing in a balanced position. The video tip from Annika provides you with a golf specific drill you can practice on the course. My fitness tip provides you with a drill, using rollers and a club you can practice at home.
Remember when you are working on balance you are also challenging your core stabilizing muscles. Pull your navel towards your spine, slightly bend your knees and remember to breathe.
