World #1 Rory McIlroy and #2 Tiger Woods will have to wait until Thursday to face off in medal match play in the Turkish Airlines World Golf Final. Inclement weather forced Wednesday afternoon’s matches to be postponed to tomorrow.

Ireland wants Rory McIlroy in the 2016 Rio Olympics. In fact, Ireland wants him so much that Rory is being offered the chance to carry the Irish flag in the Opening Ceremony if he decides to compete for Ireland instead of Great Britain. As a Northern Irishman, McIlroy has a choice to play for either Great Britain or Ireland.
