SHEBOYGAN, Wis. – Tiger Woods hit the Whistling Straits practice tee just past 4 p.m. CT, just as a light rain settled in over the PGA Championship.

It seems the inclement weather surprised Woods’ caddie Steve Williams, who was sent scrambling to get his man’s rain gear.

Sean Foley, who has been working with Woods this week, was not on the practice tee.

Woods is scheduled to tee off at 5:45 p.m CT. and will not finish his second round on Friday.
