AUSTIN, Texas -- The first round of the Barton Creek Challenge was washed out by rain Thursday.
A storm rolled through Barton Creek and left the Crenshaw Cliffside Course unplayable.
The tournament has been officially reduced to 54 holes with the opening round scheduled for Friday.
This is the second Canadian Tour event of the season. Brad Sutterfield won the Barton Creek Classic last week on the Fazio Foothills Course for his first career victory on the Canadian Tour.
