Watch: McGinley chips in while blindfolded

Thumbnail

Paul McGinley is a man of many talents.

Not only is he a four-time winner on the European Tour and member of multiple victorious Ryder Cup teams both as a player and captain, but apparently, he doesn’t even need his eyes to have success on the golf course.

As you’ll see in the clip below, McGinley holes a chip from just off the green, despite hitting the shot without the gift of sight.

A video posted by European Tour (@europeantour) on Sep 15, 2015 at 11:20am PDT

The shot was part of a video put together by the European Tour that included the likes of Rory McIlroy, Graeme McDowell and Darren Clarke, among others, seeing who could get closest to the pin.

You can watch the competition in its entirety below. (Spoiler alert: McGinley wins)
