Dominant women’s world No. 1 Yani Tseng will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at Citi Field on Monday night as the New York Mets take on the Washington Nationals.
Tseng will be celebrated as part of Taiwan Heritage Night at the park. Her appearance will also include some time with fans that purchased special tickets for the event.
The Taiwan Tourism Bureau will also be on hand to distribute gifts to the first 10,000 fans at the ballpark.
