The third round of the John Deere Classic has resumed after lightning in the Silvis, Illinois, area stopped play an hour on Saturday.
Ten players were on the course when the horn blew, with the final group of Lucas Glover, Zac Blair and Lee Hodges on the 17th green. Golf Channel will carry live coverage of the conclusion.
Blair leads the way at 16 under. He’s one clear of Ben Kohles, who shot 5-under 66 in Round 3. Glover, Hodges and Jackson Suber (through 17) are also at 15 under.
Doug Ghim shot 65 to reach 14 under while 2012 champion Zach Johnson is at 13 under after a 66. The 50-year-old Johnson, a two-time winner on the PGA Tour Champions this season, is skipping this week’s U.S. Senior Open to compete in the Deere. He wrapped Moving Day by sinking a 45-foot birdie putt on the par-4 18th.
The start to Round 3 was also delayed because of threatening weather. Play began at 10:12 a.m. ET.
