Explaining the new PGA Tour rules for 2026

PGA Tour rules chief Steve Rintoul goes over "procedural" changes golfers and fans can expect ahead of the 2026 season. Rintoul believes that viewers won't see "anything substantially different" when watching the Sony Open in Hawaii this weekend.
