Lavner: Tour offering 'mulligan' to select LIV players

GolfChannel.com senior writer Ryan Lavner says that Brooks Koepka's return "makes the PGA Tour a stronger product." He adds that the Tour's offer is a "mulligan" to a few other LIV stars.
