Power Rankings Donalds World

Luke Donald1. Luke Donald

He beat Lee Westwood in a battle for the world's top spot last week, he's accrued seven top-10 finishes in eight Tour starts this year and he'll have added good vibes because he played college golf just a few hours away.

Matt Kuchar

2. Matt Kuchar

Here are GolfChannel.com’s Power Rankings, the top 10 favorites for the Memorial:

Trending upward with T-16 and T-6 finishes the past two weeks, Kuchar scored a top-10 at Jack's place last year so he's got good memories to boot.

K.J. Choi3. K.J. Choi

The Players champ proved he's a player for big events on tough courses, so Muirfield Village should be right up his alley. That and the small fact he won this tournament in 2007.

Nick Watney4. Nick Watney

Watney's on form with a pair of top-10s in his last two starts and the long, tough track this week bodes well for his solid all-around game.

Justin Rose5. Justin Rose

Rose looked almost flawless during his win last year and the only reason he's not higher on this list is because he's off of MC, T-28 and T-45 finishes in his last three starts.

Jonathan Byrd6. Jonathan Byrd
Byrd soared to a T-3 finish here in 2009 but has made the cut just twice in eight starts. He's shown his game has matured this year, however, and surely looks to avenge his playoff loss at the Wells Fargo Championship.

Phil Mickelson

7. Phil Mickelson

Lefty finished T-5 last year and with the U.S. Open just around the corner, he'll definitely have the drive to play well. Normally, that's all he needs.

Dustin Johnson

8. Dustin Johnson

With a caddie change and some mediocre finishes out of the way, look for DJ to get back on form this week. He's made the cut in each of his three starts here, with a T-14 in 2009 his best.

Hunter Mahan

9. Hunter Mahan

Mahan's coming off of two straight top-10s in his home state but it's his seven top-10s this year that marks him a favorite nearly every week he tees it up. Muirfield's difficulty tips the scale even more in his favor.

Bubba Watson

10. Bubba Watson

Watson hasn't played since The Players so surely this two-time winner in 2011 will be fully rested and ready to take Jack's tournament head on.
