Tip of the Week: Stick your finish to improve balance

If you watch TV coverage this weekend of The Players Championship, one thing that will stand out about the competitors is how good their balance is.

If you go to your local driving range, however, you’ll see average golfers falling all over the place as they swing the golf club.



In this video segment, SwingFix instructor Justin Bruton has a simple drill that you can use on the practice tee that will not only help you with your balance but also help you release the club better.

So get out to the range and stick your finish. If you can do this at full speed, you’ll see improved results.
