SUGAR GROVE, Ill. – The streak is over.
Paula Creamer and Juli Inkster were 3-0 in Solheim Cup foursomes together but lost 4 and 3 to Sophie Gustafson and Janice Moodie. The American duo was 5 over and the Europeans were 1 over.
Even more critical is that the point gives Europe its first lead of this Solheim Cup, 7-6. The Europeans have never won the Cup on U.S. soil.
