John Deere has signed a seven-year extension to serve as the title sponsor for its annual PGA Tour event through at least 2023.
The agreement was announced Tuesday at TPC Deere Run.
The current six-year deal expires in 2016. Financial details were not disclosed.
John Deere has been the title sponsor of the tournament since 1998. Since the event began in 1971, more than $62 million has been raised for community and charitable organizations, including more than $6.3 million in 2014.
