Calvin Peete, a 12-time winner on the PGA Tour, died Wednesday. He was 71. Here are some of his career numbers, courtesy the Golf Channel research department:

- Shot 66 in final round of 1985 Players Championship (T-3 for lowest by winner at TPC Sawgrass)
Since 1980, there are only three instances of a player leading the PGA Tour in both driving accuracy and greens in regulation. All three belong to Peete.

Peete led the Tour in driving accuracy 10 consecutive season, from 1981-90. He is the only player since 1980 to finish a season hitting 82.6 percent of his fairways in a season, which he did four times (1983, ’87, ’89, ’90).
