If all you heard was the headline “Webb Simpson seen golfing this week”, you’d probably scratch your head and wonder what was so newsworthy about that. At best, you’d think it was curious because the 2012 U.S. Open champion isn’t playing this week’s Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village.
But, if you were to read that Katherine Webb and Jessica Simpson were seen golfing this week, well that’s a whole different story.
The beauty queen and the pop singer both posted golf-centric photos of themselves to their Instagram accounts over the past several days.
Webb posted this photo to her Instagram account Saturday night with the caption, “Date night at (Madame Tussauds) and ended up playing golf with Tiger. I def won that. Haha AJ chatted it up with Forest and talked about life.”
A few days earlier, Simpson posted these photos to her Instagram account with the captions, “Eric’s driver” and “If I’m in a bathing suit I should pose proudly,” respectively.
There you have it, folks. In case you didn’t already know, golf is the preferred pastime of Webb, Simpson.
