SUGAR GROVE, Ill. – I’m told that we’re here in the U.S. in suburban Chicago, but the weather is more like what you’d find in Europe – windy, cloudy, chilly with a big possibility of rain.
Still, the elements won’t dampen the spirits of this 11th Solheim Cup, which is minutes from beginning.
Should be a good one. And don’t think for a second Europe can’t win this thing. In fact, it wouldn’t be a huge surprise if it wins this morning’s opening fourball session.
