KOHLER, Wis. – Suzann Pettersen opened Saturday a shot ahead of the field.

After a 6-over-par 78, she begins Sunday nine behind the leader, Na Yeon Choi.

Pettersen managed to hit just six greens in regulation and endured a four-putt double bogey at the third hole.

“I’ve got to go out and try and be really aggressive,” Pettersen said of her Sunday plan. “Na Yeon played phenomenal golf, it looks like. And today wasn’t the day of my best precision, and it gets you.”
