They’ll be jockeying in Japan this week for a shot at the Race to the CME Globe’s $1 million jackpot.

With three events left in the LPGA season, the Mizuno Classic is the second-to-last chance for players to crack the top nine in the race’s season-long points list. Only the top nine at the conclusion of next week’s Lorena Ochoa Invitational will go the season-ending CME Group Tour Championship in Naples with a chance to win the jackpot.

Some big names sitting outside the top nine are in Japan this week looking to play their way inside. Hall of Famer Karrie Webb, Na Yeon Choi, Jessica Korda and Mirim Lee are all trying to give themselves a chance with a big week.

Azahara Munoz, who is on the bubble in the No. 9 spot, isn’t in this week’s field. Webb is No. 10 and trails Munoz by just eight points.

A victory is worth 500 points in the race, second place worth 300 points, third worth 190, with points awarded all the way down to 40th place.

Stacy Lewis, who leads the Race to the CME Globe points list, is one of just two players inside the top nine in points in this week’s field. Chella Choi at No. 8 is also in attendance. Here are the top 20 in points with asterisks beside the players who are in this week’s field:
