Mickelson Not Done Winning or Competing

Phil Mickelson was cut from his second PGA TOUR start of the season at last week’s Farmers Insurance Open. Can he take home his third tournament title at this week’s Waste Management Phoenix Open? Mickelson starts his first round off playing with Young Gun, Rickie Fowler and Dustin Johnson while Bubba Watson, Gary Woodland and Ian Poulter tee off together in the first round of the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
