Gone fishing

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Jack Nicklaus began his career as a ceremonial golfer on Thursday at the Masters, joining Arnold Palmer on the first tee just before 8 a.m. (ET) to begin the year’s first major.

But if Nicklaus had been a reluctant ceremonial golfer, it seems a better description would be of a retired golfer.

When asked Thursday what his plans are for the rest of the week, he replied, “Going fishing in the Bahamas. We’ll be on the water all day.”
