SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – Jiyai Shin, the No. 1 player in the Rolex Women's World Rankings, has withdrawn from this week's LPGA State Farm Classic.
Shin was admitted to a hospital this morning in Springfield where she is expected to undergo surgery on her appendix.
