Race to Dubai leader, Martin Kaymer, is expected to be sidelined for at least six weeks following a go-cart crash in Arizona. The 24-year-old German who makes his home in Scottsdale, AZ. suffered broken bones in his middle toes and left foot after he crashed into the back of another go-cart during some downtime after the PGA Championship. Kaymer underwent successful surgery on Thursday and will not be able to hit a shot for at least six weeks.
With Paul Casey withdrawing from this week’s Barclays due to injury, the top two players in the Race to Dubai are currently out of action.
