The Duramed Futures Tour season begins March 19 at the Florida Natural Charity Classic in Winter Haven, Fla., and it appears the LPGA’s new commissioner will have a front row seat.

Mike Whan is planning to caddie for one player in the field on the opening day of the season. According to the Duramed Futures Tour, Whan offered to do this, although no word yet on who his boss will be for his professional caddie debut.

The Duramed Futures Tour is the developmental tour of the LPGA and has 17 events this year, with the top 10 players on the season ending money list graduating to the LPGA Tour.
