Golf Channel Reporter Steve Burkowski is in El Paso, Texas for the Western Refining College Golf All-America Classic. One of the competitors is 2012 U.S. Amateur Champion Steven Fox who three months ago was not on anyone’s radar when it came to a discussion of the best U.S. collegiate golfers. Now that he has won the U.S. Amateur, he has had a chance to travel to some great places and meet some amazing people. He is looking forward to meeting Arnold Palmer later this year and playing in the first three Majors in 2013. He is also looking forward to the possibility of being a member of the 2013 U.S. Walker Cup team. He played Augusta National for the first time recently and while his first visit was very relaxing, he expects to be very nervous for the 2013 Masters in April.
