Justice Greenbrier face second lawsuit

Less than three months after hosting a PGA Tour event for the first time, the historic Greenbrier Resort and its owner, Jim Justice, are the focus of two separate lawsuits claiming un-paid expenses and services leading up to the event.

The first suit, filed Sept. 29 by contractor Aspen Corp. of Daniels, W.Va., claims $1.275 million in unpaid services for extensive landscaping work on the Old White Course.

The second suit was filed Oct. 21 by Lester George, who redesigned the Old White five years ago and was rehired to make enhancements to the course in 2009. It claims unpaid expenses in the amount of $199,885.
