MACHRIHANISH, Scotland – We’re back at it here for the second day. The weather is clear and sunny, but there’s more of a chill in the air and there is quite a bit more wind.
Today’s plan calls for 18 holes at Machrihanish Dunes, a new David McLay Kidd design that won’t officially open until July 21. From there it’s over to Dunaverty for another 18 on the par 66 gem that sits on the south coast of the Kintyre peninsula.
