Elizabeth Rudisill spoke with Golf Channel’s Eamon Lynch and Rex Hoggard ahead of the Augusta National Women’s Amateur next week. Rudisill, a freshman at Vanderbilt and represented the U.S. at the Junior Solheim Cup, won the Ron Moore intercollegiate in October. She said she’s been to Augusta several times with friends and family to watch the tournament but is looking forward to going this time as a player.

The 72 players will play the Par 3 Course after their practice rounds Friday at Augusta National Golf Club.
Davis, 18, enters her third Augusta National Women’s Amateur fresh off the best finish of her young college career.
The fifth Augusta National Women’s Amateur begins April 3, with 72 of the top female players in amateur golf.
