Lev Grinberg will make history when he tees off early Thursday at Royal Birkdale as the first Ukrainian-born player to compete in an Open Championship. Grinberg, 18, is the field's youngest player and will begin attending the University of Arkansas next month as a collegiate freshman, Golf Channel's Rex Hoggard reports.
